1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, downloading, or using the mobile application or web platform of Fisco-Bot Guate, you declare that you are of legal age under Guatemalan law and expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must immediately stop using the service.
2. Description of Services
Fisco-Bot Guate is an AI-powered digital co-pilot optimized to simplify accounting, tax, and fiscal management in accordance with the regulations of the Superintendencia de Administración Tributaria (SAT — Guatemala's Tax Administration Authority). Services include:
- Natural language queries of Guatemalan tax law through structured RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- OCR processing and automatic classification of Electronic Tax Invoices (FEL — Factura Electrónica en Línea).
- Tax projections and deadline alerts from the SAT tax calendar.
- Calculation tools for Small Taxpayers (Pequeño Contribuyente), General Regime, and Payroll Income Tax (ISR) returns.

3. Legal and Financial Liability Disclaimer
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Fisco-Bot Guate provides informational tools based on AI and data processing. It does not provide official accounting or legal advice and does not under any circumstances replace the judgment of a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor (CPA — Contador Público y Auditor) actively registered in Guatemala.

4. Plans and Currency
Payments for exclusive plans and AI token recharges are governed by the current rates published within the application. All payments and token balances are calculated and processed in Guatemalan Quetzales (GTQ), in accordance with Guatemala's monetary law.
Consumption Control
The system is based on smart AI Token consumption. The unauthorized use of bots, scrapers, or reverse engineering to alter AI token consumption balances or bypass basic plan limits is strictly prohibited.
5. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms and conditions of use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Any dispute, disagreement, or legal claim arising from the use of the platform shall be submitted to the competent courts of Guatemala City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
